The Bill Validation Issues Report is the one that will help you understand which rules have been broken during the validation.
You can download the Bill Validation Issues report navigating to Reports >> Generate Reports >> Validation >> Bill Validation Issues Report. You have to complete all the required field and you will then be able to download the report by clicking Download to Excel. Below you can find an example of what type of data will be contained in the report.
