The purpose of this report is to reduce your time spent on tracking site changes, by creating an automated report, which is sent weekly to your key stakeholders listing all of the key changes in your data portfolio.

The main objective of this report is to monitor process flows across your portfolios, for example; change of tenancies, novations, site additions and closure.

To set up your automation alerts, navigate to notifications, automation. Here you will see the list of all the alerts that have been created:

To create a new alert, select add to the right of the screen and populate the following sections:

  1. Report automation setting
  2. Report filters
  3. Schedule
  4. Report output
  5. Select Save
